Chad Eubanks was born in Monroe, Louisiana. He has two brothers and a sister. At an early age, he moved to Rocky Mount, North Carolina, then to Gig Harbor, Washington. He graduated from Gig Harbor High School. He has practiced exclusively in divorce and family law matters for more than a decade.
Chad has been a competitor all his life. He was a four year varsity wrestler. He also wrestled freestyle tournaments across Washington and Oregon for a national team based out of Tacoma, Washington.
Off the mat, Chad was a catcher and third baseman on various competitive baseball leagues, playing in excess of 60 games a year and traveling internationally to compete in select tournaments. Chad's father was a dedicated baseball coach and an accomplished baseball player himself.
Chad graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A., in Politics. He won a university wide writing competition and scholarship at the UW based on a short story he wrote describing his experiences as a bullrider.
Chad graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. He ranked near the top of his class while also holding down a job at Delay & Curran, a well respected Spokane law firm representing clients and their families injured and killed in catastrophic accidents. Chad also interned at the Gig Harbor City Attorney's Office during the summer. He predominately assisted the city prosecutor in criminal cases.
Chad began his career with divorce and family law and has been doing it ever since. He started his career at Brewe Layman, an AV rated law firm in Everett emphasizing divorce and family law practice. In 2008, Chad moved to McKinley Irvin, a high volume family law firm with offices in Seattle and Tacoma--one of the largest family law firms in the State. After years of practice their, Chad left McKinley Irvin and joined Goldberg & Jones, another high volume divorce and family law firm on Lake Union. After years of large firm practice, Chad established his own in an effort to provide a superior firm model for clients involved in divorce and family law cases.
Chad is an outdoorsman. He loves being outside, nature, and animals. He has two rescued dogs, Duke, a pitbull, and Willow, a lab-shepard mix. He is an avid hunter, fishes religiously, and enjoys camping and boating throughout Washington and Idaho. Chad is also an accomplished craftsman, building custom furniture and doors with the same attention to detail and patience he devotes to the practice of law.
